The plan is implemented right away starting with a detailed weekly schedule explaining your activities for the week.
Feedback and data is gathered along the way to ensure you are progressing as planned, with adjustments along the way to work around unexpected life events.
Communication is crucial throughout the process, so there are no restrictions placed on the amount or frequency of communication with the Coach.
